Duluth Black Lives Matter has asked SURJ Northland to gather funds to bring Rashad Turner of the Minneapolis Black Lives Matter chapter to come speak about his experiences here in Duluth.

Mr. Turner has offered to forgo his regular speaker's fee if lodging and transportation costs are covered.
